SKILLS: Customer service, I can type 40 wpm, use IBM compatible, and Apple computers. Software experience with DOS, WordPerfect, Claris Works, Printshop, ClipArt, Corel Photo-Paint and Draw, AutoCAD R13, various other graphical applications and experience with Visual Basic, and C++ programming languages. I am able to communicate well with others. Can work with minimal supervision and can take orders to meet the needs of the customer. While in High School I also studied BASIC for the following Operating Systems - Apple, Tandy, IBM Compatible, and Commodore. I have upgraded PC's including: adding RAM of all types, Hard drives, Mother Boards, , SoundBlaster, CDRom drives, 3.5" and 5.25" floppy drives, external drives, Printers, Scanners, Monitors, Mice, Keyboards and all the necessary software drivers.

I have built and maintained my own personal computer, having one 8.4GB Maxtor Hard Drive, one Removable Hard Drive Slot, one four disc NEC CDRom changer, two 3½" Floppy Drives, one IOmega Parallel Port Zip Drive, one Epson Stylus Color 600, one Musket 1200 III EP Flat Bed Scanner, two EEP Parallel Ports, one Voice Fax Modem, one S3 ViRGE Video Card, one ESS Sound Card, two 32MB SDRAM Chipsets, one Pentium 155 mhz w/MMX, Windows 95, and a vast array of other various software packages.
